Computer Lab, Second Street Elementary

Because the Computer Lab was on the second floor, everyone thought it was safe. All computers and monitors were moved away from the windows and placed in chairs... just in case. You can see from the condition of the floor and from the broken windows that "just in case" did actually happen. If you look at the floor boards, you can see them beginning to buckle. Still, as of the time of this posting, school officials have been unable to convince FEMA that there was any damage done to the second floor of this building.
